Course Overview

The Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB51918) offering specialised units in a Café Management stream is an industry leader providing students with the option to cover a wide range of core knowledge, practical skills and experience in leading and managing in the hospitality industry. With this unique option you will also learn the required food handling and hygiene practices controlling food hazards. This exciting stream will also see you preparing and serving espresso coffee and other beverages.

Entry Requirements

IELTS 5.5 or equivalent* (No band below 5.0).

Completion of Year 12 (or equivalent in the student’s home country).

Students who have not completed high school must have relevant work experience or a qualification that indicate a likely success of course completion.
