Student Email

All QAT systems / learning platforms can be accessed at our QAT website. On your browser, type in – QAT Australia or just copy this link: You will receive important emails from QAT through your QAT email.

Step 1: On the top right corner, please select Student tab, then Student Email.

Step 2: Please log in using the username and password given in your welcome email.

Step 3: If prompted with the following screen, click yes unless you’re on a shared device.

Step 4: Once logged in you will be greeted with the following screen. Click the ‘Outlook’ icon.

Step 5: The image below is your email’s dashboard.

Microsoft Teams

Step 1: If you’re already logged in to your QAT ‘Student Email’, you can access Teams on the same page, where you can find the ‘Outlook’ icon. Once logged in you will be greeted with the following screen. Click the ‘Teams’ icon.

New Moodle E-Learning Platform

Students can access all course materials, assessments and other resources at any point in your studies at QAT via the New Moodle E-learning platform. Please check separate manual for instructions on how you can login to your Moodle account.

Important things to remember

  1. Upon enrolment, you will receive an email / sms with your log in details for most of the QAT platforms.
  2. Kindly take note of your access and log-in details sent to you. Remember your student number, especially the password – as this is the only password you need to access QAT platforms.
  3. If you forgot your password, you have the option to reset your password on any QAT platforms by clicking ‘Forgot Password’ on the log in page and just fill in your student number and Email / Mobile (the ones you wrote on your enrolment / application form).
  4. If you didn’t receive any email / sms, you will need to inform QAT by sending an email to On your email, include your current/active mobile number and personal email so we can check our records.
  5. Not receiving any email / sms update upon enrolment means we have an incorrect email / sms recorded on your account. In that case, kindly update us every now and then when you have changes on your personal email or mobile.
