QAT’s food safety supervisor course is for anyone who handles food (cooks, chefs, caterers, kitchen stewards, kitchen hands, and bar, food and beverage attendants) and applies to all tourism, hospitality and catering organizations with permanent or temporary kitchen premises or bar areas who want to learn the basic content of all fundamental food safety principles.

ASSESSMENTS

QUALIFICATION UNITS

SITXFSA005 - Use hygienic practices for food safety.
SITXFSA006 - Participate in safe food handling practice.
