COURSE DESCRIPTION

This short course covers the skills and knowledge required to provide a first aid response to children and adults. It applies to educators and support staff working within an education and care setting who are required to respond to a first aid emergency.

ASSESSMENTS

Assessments will take the form of direct observation of practical tasks and written questioning by trainers with the relevant qualifications as set down by the Australian Government.

HLTAID012 - Provide Emergency First Aid Response.
