You will learn the necessary skills and knowledge required to use personal hygiene practices to prevent contamination of food and extract and serve espresso coffee beverages using commercial espresso machines and grinders.
This 2-day Barista course at QAT will provide you with the following skills to work in a café or restaurant:
• Operate the coffee machine
• Make each coffee on the menu
• Correctly texture milk for the silky micro-foam
• Use and set the coffee grinder
• Clean and maintain the coffee machine
• Create coffee art such as leaves, hearts, lowers and other etching designs
