Course Description
The Diploma of Hospitality Management provides students with the necessary skills, knowledge and experience in practical food production, hygiene, menu costing, occupational health and safety, teamwork and basic nutrition.
Upon successful completion of this course, you will have the necessary skills and knowledge required to work as a qualified chef or cook, with opportunities to lead a small team to work in various kitchen settings, such as restaurants, hotels, cafes, cafeterias and coffee shops.
IELTS 5.5(no band below 5.0)* or equivalent
Completion of Year 12 (or equivalent in the student’s home country).
Students who have not completed high school must have relevant work experience or a qualification that indicate a likely success of course completion.
