1. Under the Data Provision Requirements 2012, Queensland Academy of Technology (QAT) is required to collect personal information about you and to disclose that personal information to the National Centre for Vocational Education Research Ltd (NVCER). Your personal information (including the personal information contained on this enrolment form) may be used or disclosed by QAT for statistical, administrative, regulatory and research purposes.

2. QAT may disclose your personal information for these purposes and otherwise as detailed under the QAT Privacy Policy, QAT may disclose your personal information to: Commonwealth and State or Territory Government Department or authorized agencies, (NCVER, DESBT). Without limiting QAT Privacy Policy QAT may disclose your personal information to third parties, including: Organizations for student surveys, researchers.

3. Personal information that has been disclosed to NCVER may be used or disclosed by NCVER for the following purposes: population authenticated VET transcripts, facilitating statistic and research relating to education, including surveys and data linkage, pre-populating RTO student enrolment forms, understanding how the VET market operates, for policy, workforce planning and consumer information and administering VET, including program administration, regulation, monitoring and evaluation.

3. I give permission to Queensland Academy of Technology to search for my USI number or if I don’t have a USI, to apply on my behalf if appropriate identification has been supplied.
