The Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care is for those who are interested in working in the children’s services sector. This qualification will provide you with the required skills to work in a Child Care Centre in Australia. This course includes practical classes in a real world environment, which will facilitate the learning while linking theory to practice
This course is nationally recognised and will lead to many exciting career opportunities, allowing participants to work as a professional in the Early Childhood Education profession. Once complete, this qualification can provide a pathway to relevant Bachelor degree courses and you will be able to gain credit for your studies, which means you’ll complete your degree sooner.
IELTS 5.5 (with no sub score below 5.0) or equivalent
Alternatively, students are required to take a pre-test before enrolment.
Completion of Year 12 (or equivalent in the student’s home country). Any non school-leavers must have relevant work experience or a qualification that indicate a likely success of course completion.
This course is delivered in 92 Weeks (68 Weeks if you have already completed CHC30113)

On completion of this course, you have the option of continuing to study with us with a career or a Diploma in Childhood Education & Care. Graduates can also choose immediately commence their careers as an Educator or Childcare Centre Assistant in an early childhood environment
