This qualification will provide you with an extended understanding and skillset for working in the Information and Communications Technology industry. With a solid grounding in ICT fundamentals, this Diploma will help you develop your skills and knowledge in a range of ICT areas.
You will gain the skills necessary to work in higher-level roles in a corporate or business environment. You will be exposed to a broad range of areas, including business skills, customer support, web and multimedia, and networking. You will receive training that will support you in acquiring internationally-recognised industry certifications, such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA IT Essentials, and Cisco Certified Entry-Level Network Technician.
We do not have any pre-requisites for this course, we do however ask our students to submit an LL&N assessment (Language, Literacy and Numeracy). This is a short assessment to determine if students will require any additional assistance while studying with us here at QAT.
